The Chilton family will be happy to welcome you into their home, with one twin en-suite room and one double en-suite room.
The double en-suite room is just outside the house and has its own front door. Both have a television and tea/coffee making facilities.
	In the dining room Chris serves a great 'Yorkshire Breakfast'. Help yourself to cereals, fresh fruit and juice and then enjoy a farmer's helping of cooked breakfast, followed by toast and hot scones.The dining room is also available during the day for you to sit in and relax.
We can make you a home-cooked Dinner by arrangement.

Summary of Accommodation and Faciities

Arrivals (expected from 3.00 pm onwards) will be greeted with a warm welcome and afternoon tea. Earlier arrivals may have to wait for their cottage to be prepared. Cottages to be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure.

All cottages have bathrooms with bath and shower. Fitted to a high standard with gas central heating, double glazing, colour television, microwave, dishwasher, automatic washer, gas fire, gas cooker fridge iron, ironing board, toaster and radio.

• Bed linen is provided and towel hire is available on request
• Cot and high chair available
• Babysitting arrangements can be made (to be arranged at time of booking should this service be required)
• Outside drying, ample safe parking, shared gardens and large grassed area for children
• 24-hour laundry service, please ask for details and charges
• £1 coin meters for electricity
• Daily milk and newspaper deliveries can be arranged

Within walking distance of your holiday cottage - Post Office and shop (150 yards); bus service into Thirsk (100 yards) and a private local taxi service is also available.
