Herriot and Rose Cottage - sleep 4 persons, both having a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.Rose cottage has an en-suite wash basin and toilet to the double bedded room.	Granary Cottage - Sleeps 3 persons in a double-bedded room and a single bedroom.

Arrivals (expected from 3.00 pm onwards) will be greeted with a warm welcome and afternoon tea. Earlier arrivals may have to wait for their cottage to be prepared. Cottages to be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure.

All cottages have bathrooms with bath and shower. Fitted to a high standard with gas central heating, double glazing, colour television, microwave, dishwasher, automatic washer, gas fire, gas cooker fridge iron, ironing board, toaster and radio.

• Bed linen is provided and towel hire is available on request
• Cot and high chair available
• Babysitting arrangements can be made (to be arranged at time of booking should this service be required)
• Outside drying, ample safe parking, shared gardens and large grassed area for children
• 24-hour laundry service, please ask for details and charges
• £1 coin meters for electricity
• Daily milk and newspaper deliveries can be arranged
