Hall Farm Cottage The accommodation comprises a newly restored luxury single storey barn within Hall Farm grounds, suitable for two people. Off road parking is available in Hall Farm courtyard. Breakfast can be provided in the cottage if required.

	The cottage has a twin bedded sitting room with TV, storage heating, fitted kitchen with microwave, grill, electric hob and fridge. There is an en suite bathroom with bath, toilet and shower. Hot water, electricity, towels and bedding are included in the price and a laundry service is provided.

The village lies between Harrogate and Ripon with easy access to the A1(M) at Boroughbridge, the Yorkshire Dales, North Yorkshire Moors, Fountains Abbey and York.

Hall Farm is a non working farm overlooking fields in the picturesque village of Bishop Monkton in North Yorkshire. Bishop Monkton with a winding stream and ford has two excellent country pubs serving good food, a garage/general store that is open every day. There is also a church and a chapel. The surrounding countryside offers excellent opportunities for walking, bird watching, angling and has numerous good golf courses close by. Harrogate is an attractive floral spa town with a theatre, cinema, and many antique shops. The Northern Horticultural Society Gardens are at Harlow Carr. Ripon is an ancient city with a 12th Century Cathedral and a large Thursday Market.There is also a Farmers Market on a Sunday once per month.
